Good morning,
we moved into our new house on Saturday and have connected the Wi-Fi. We don't have coverage throughout the house and struggling to download things.

Firstly check your Sky hub is in the best possible plscecwhich is out in the open as central as possible on a surface so its signal isnt blocked by radiators etc. After tgat you are into requiring additional WiFi sources. Sky will sell you their WiFi Max bundle which can provide up ,to 3 extenders if required see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Alternatively you can but one of the many third party whole home wifi solutions if you prefer.
