Internet not connecting to TV
Hi, my internet is not connecting to my TV but my phone is connecting. Can you help?

@Lauren174 has the TV ever connected to this Sky hub? If its a new white hub there is an issue that affects Samsung TVs but also a few othersctgat requires the customer to go into the My Sky app find the settings for the Sky Max hub and click on the Advanced Settings link, choose WiFi Security and change the setting from WPA3-T to WPA2.
If thst doesnt work post again with a few more details.
