Internet like dial up since scheduled maintenance two nights ago

Noticed on my app night before last there was to be scheduled maintenance around 2am .  Since then I have 2 more 'devices'  appear under 'My Devices' BskyBLtd 3030 and BSkyB-3031 - they def were not there before  .  since then everything says its connected, phones, firestick, work laptop everything apart from the desktop and  but its like having dial up  - if i google search something it takes about 8 minutes to actually open a page that ive searched for .   No join from the chat bot  - Did it solve my problem - No - chat bot said thats great !  I know I normally have to ask the kids for any technical stuff but even the one thats home is baffled ! can anyone help please???
