Any one else having internet issues in this area? My power and WiFi lights are on but no internet light since Saturday night.

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Thanks for the help though it didn't work.
Now it's after 8:30 mamanged to speak to someone. They think bad weather may have caused issues with the lines so sending an engineer who will text me when they arrive to start work and text again when they have finished. Hoping this will be the fix needed but they did say it could take a few days!!!
