Internet light off on new connection

Hi I have just gone live with sky broadband however I have set everything up correctly but on my router the only 2 lights that are on and green are the power and WiFi lights. The Internet light is off.

 

I have 2 lines in the property and have tried both lines with no joy. 

 

I have tried everything I can possibly find to help to no avail. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this???

@MightyroyalsIf your activation is today, even after getting the text to say it is live. This can take up till midnight to happen. If it is still the same tomorrow then come back let us know.

Good morning,

 

I have tried again this morning and the same problem persists, WiFi and power lights are green and Internet and voice lights are both off. 

 

Anybody know what could be causing this issue??
