My Internet today keeps disconnecting, its so annoying the box keeps jumping from green to Amber it tells me to run a check which I do says nothing is wrong but obviously there is because it wouldn't keep doing it otherwise, then it goes back green and says I have to sign back in, its happened around 5 times in the last 2 hrs

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@cookiemonsteruk I have done this and it says everything's fine yet give it a while and it will go off again ?

@Highlinder I've done this a few times today and just re run it, it's telling me everything is good ? But it still keeps disconnecting
