Internet keeps going off every 5 mins has been like this for a couple of days now and getting nowhere trying to find out why

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Coolchar619 run the connection test in the My Sky app - it works over a mobile connection - as that can tell younif there is a known fault. If the hub is connected it will check for line faults and can offer an engineers check if it finds one. Otherwise give Sky a call by dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line.
