Use mobile data performing the service checker test and if it comes back all good click the speed or lack off to perform an updated check

We have this issue. I reported it & the techie clearly doesn't look at these forums & blamed it on my router so are sending me a new one. Sky have now officially announced there's a fault but no ETA & a mess about setting up.the router again. Not impressed & tbh we'll prolly leave at the next renewal
