Internet keeps going off ive had the issue before youve changed the hub and it's starting again

Internet keeps going down had this issue before came and changed hub and it's starting again why pay for superfast broadband when it keeps going down

Why pay for anything when many things don't work as they should? Why pay road/council tax when pot holes dont get repaired? Why pay for your phone when it'll probably break after a few years anyway? 

 

Just a silly statement to make, it obviously isnt supposed to go down and Sky will need to engage to fix it but saying you shouldn't pay just because there is a fault is silly. 

 

For starters please post your router stats

Sky have engaged and tried to fix it just a re-occuring problem just annoying when your paying for superfast so can't see why it's a silly thing when it's frustrating!!

Same thing keeps happening to me. Maybe 6/7 times a day it goes off then comes back on after a few minutes. They have seen an error then came out and couldn't find anything wrong. But still doing the same thing. Absolute joke!

The name superfast means nothing you could be paying for whatever package the connection is going to behave the same.
