Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhy pay for anything when many things don't work as they should? Why pay road/council tax when pot holes dont get repaired? Why pay for your phone when it'll probably break after a few years anyway?
Just a silly statement to make, it obviously isnt supposed to go down and Sky will need to engage to fix it but saying you shouldn't pay just because there is a fault is silly.
For starters please post your router stats

Sky have engaged and tried to fix it just a re-occuring problem just annoying when your paying for superfast so can't see why it's a silly thing when it's frustrating!!

Same thing keeps happening to me. Maybe 6/7 times a day it goes off then comes back on after a few minutes. They have seen an error then came out and couldn't find anything wrong. But still doing the same thing. Absolute joke!
