Internet has all of a sudden started dropping ... nothing I seem to do works .. I have tried all the suggestions..
could it be the cable? Do I need a certain type ?
new router?
any help would be appreciated

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hello , I have done all of this .. reset it , unplugged it checked it on my phones soo etc .. it will start working again only to drop 5 mins later

1st it says there is a connection problem .. then it says it looks like I have an ongoing issue ?

No idea ? It says the speed to the hub is poor and and not a stable connection

Find out more@JulesfroIf you can give Sky a call tomorrow and they will be able to test your connection and give you further advice if you need a engineer visit. You can dial 150 on your landline. Just follow the voice prompts and stay on the line even if it tells you to hang up.

Hi I have the same issue for the last 4 hours my Internet keeps dropping every 5 minutes. I've reset the router the q boxes and it states connectivity issues. I'm now getting a "technical fault" on my mini box I can't seem to find a technical help line at all

Same here... using asus router.... suddenly out the blue for no reason at all wifi cutting out then it comes back on. Driving me crazy. Twice today.

@PAISLEYALD you will probably need to reconnect your Sky hub before calling Sky as their siagnostics need to talk tomthe hub.
