Internet keeps dropping out and phone line

I am getting beyond fed up with the services of sky.

recently it's been dropping the internet out every now and then - I've been patient and waited for it to have its funny few minutes (I'm off work recovering from an operation) but this issue is being a nuisance on the daily. Dropping out, amber lights, I've tried all the reset/turning off and back on etc - the phone line isn't on either. Why am I paying sky so much for a service that is unreliable? Use the checker on website and of course that will lie and tell you no issues at all!!

Have you reported this issues to Sky which will need doing if the line test has found no issues. 150 us the free number to call them on from your landline phone.

I have no landline. Phone line is completely dead. I tried ringing them from my mobile and it doesn't put me through to anyone... but strange they then acknowledge there is a line fault to fix by end of day. The checker on website tells lies
