Internet keeps dropping but sky say it's ok

My tv streaming and working from home Internet has been slow and dropping out ruining my experience and affecting my work. I've rung sky already and they have checked and said everything is fine. But the last weeks have been ridiculous after working well the first few months on installation. Is anyone else experiencing connection issues after the initial few months? Or is it just this time of year and everyone is having issues right now? Thanks

@Sj_Windsor if you have a black Sky hub post your hub's connection stats as they should show what is going on see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
