Internet keeps disconnecting multiple times since 14 july

My internet keeps disconnecting every few mins. Since July 14. I tried informing customer care multiple times but of no luck. Each representative tells different things one says there is an issue with open reach cable and the other says there is no issue .

We've been having the same issue since about 05/07/24. Sometimes 15-20 short-ish disconnections or outages a day.

So I did all the checks/tests/prompts on the website. At one point it said we needed a new router; fair point, it was 7 years old. 
The new router came super quick, and gave us 72 hours good service. And now today, 15/07, back to the appalling internet service, and we've had probably 10-15 disconnections today. We can't stream tv, we can't go online.... nightmare.
