The Sky Broadband discussed in this forum is a domestic service, so I'm afraid choosing to use it for business purposes doesn't gain any additional service level. If the external circuit is dropping you'll need to log a fault with Sky for investigation by Openreach: realistically logging this tomorrow would not get attention until next week.
