Internet issues. Cambridgeshire pe26

My app says everything is OK but anything that uses internet is saying no connection. Tv, Phone etc. Been doing it on and off all day. Is there an actual issues somewhere?

@Je5592  When you run the service checker and it comes back all okay that is using historical data. Can you click on the broadband button to run a up to date test please.

I have, since posting, done that and it was still saying all was OK. However, it hasn't done it again since then so fingers crossed it may have sorted itself out. Thank you for your response 😊
