My internet was supposed to go live today , I got the text about an hour ago saying it bad, It's still not working! I've reset it, Turnt it off, tried everything but still doesn't work.
Anyone have any ideas?

@Vinnii It can take up to midnight on the date of activation for Sky to update their system.

Ahh okay, so even though they said it's live it can still take up to midnight to go active? Thanks 🙂
Yeah the text is sent when Openreach have confirmed to Sky that their part of the job is done e.g. connecting your line at the cabinet. However it can take Sky's systems until midnight to let the data actually start flowing to your Sky hub.
