Internet is not working on our Sky Q box. We have never had this problem before. We've tried to reset, power off and unplugged the cable going into the open reach box.
Power light - green
intenret light - off
Wireless light - green
power internet wireless

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi there,
I ran a broadband test and appears to have no issues with the area - the broadband box isn't getting picked up in the test however. Screen shot attached.
