Internet is not working

Internet is not working on our Sky Q box.  We have never had this problem before.  We've tried to reset, power off and unplugged the cable going into the open reach box. 

Power light - green

intenret light - off

Wireless light - green 

 

power internet wireless

@Jaidon Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi there,

 

I ran a broadband test and appears to have no issues with the area - the broadband box isn't getting picked up in the test however.  Screen shot attached.

@JaidonDo you have a way of contacting Sky to report this fault? Either by landline phone or by mobile?
