Internet is cuting out every 20 minutes

Got a new box recently  and wi fi keeps turning off once in a while with the old box it never happened.I have done everything i can think of to try and fix this,but i belive box is faulty.

@Anita37 what happens to the leds on the new hub when it loses connection see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start?

If the unit is literally shutting down and rebooting thst is a classic sign of a faulty hub. However just losing connection points tona line issue. If it persists Sky should know what to do as they get regular reports from the hub.
