Internet is completely off and wont reconnect

At about 00:23 my internet went off. Ive done all the trouble shooting the only light that is out on my router (amber) is the Internet connection. Tried various times to reboot but its still down an hour later. Tried every trouble shooting unplugging cables etc still down.

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.

If the connection is still down throughout the day @Loulou38 then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
