Internet hub being sent to old address not new

Informed sky that I was moving house and am being sent out a hub for the Internet. Turns out its being sent to my old address which I won't have access to. Looking for advice on how I can fix this as I'm stressing about everything

You will have to ring sky and ask them about this

@Beth12- Do you not have the old sky hub from your old house? House move involves you taking the old hub with you, and if sky are asking for that back it may be at a later date for that!
