Internet has completely dropped but all service checks say it’s fine
My internet has gone while I am working from home - the service status page on sky says my connection is fine however whenever I try and connect it says "no internet connection)

@KateM15B the intial test result is from an earlier routine test click on the broadband test and it will try to run again but it can tell you if Sky are aware of a problem affecting your line otherwise call them to report the fault so they can get it checked out.
