My broadband went down at some point on Tuesday. My SKY hub was working, just couldn't connect to the Internet. It send me through the steps checking my openreach modem, but nothing it asked me to do helped fix it.
At this time neither BT or SKY were showing any faults in service.
Two days later SKY are now showing that there's a fault in my area. But nothing has been done to sort this.
Through the help system I'd booked an engineer on Tuesday, but that just says ongoing and gives no sign of a date.
If I try calling SKY, I just get told by the automated system to check online. And using the online help system just sends me in circles back to telling me there's a fault.
Not being given any kind of update or information after 5 days is infuriating.
Is there a way for me to find out what exactly is happening, and when it could possibly be fixed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jonesyyy Sky can only provide updates when or if they even get them from Openreach, who are notoriously bad at communicating issues with their customers (ISP's)
You will eirher need to keep checking online or persist in calling them.
