Internet goes off every 10mins - no internet connection

Recently fitted but intermittent issues.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reply, this is much appreciated.  

I did infact do a diagnostic check but it seems to be fine but it's really not 🫣😂

I'll possibly have to get an engineer out to address the issue.

@TonyP1976 That's the final part from @caesarome above, you have to do the call to sky there is nothing else for it!
