Internet drops off, mobile won’t connect and have own (not sky) WiFi booster

My internet has a tendency to drop off when I'm working at home. My daughters mobile doesn't connect to the WiFi and she is using data when at home. 

Sky have said no issue and don't seem to want to help or resolve the issue, as to them there is no issue. 

I purchased a tp link booster for £100 but no better. All sky advisor said was to take a new upgraded WiFi for £10 a month but I object to paying extra 

 

any ideas on how to improve my e period ce - otherwise I feel a new provider being approached
