Internet drops in the night

For the past few night our internet has lost connection or it's been intermittent during the night. This seriously impacts our hearing and other household devices.

 

can you see if there is a problem in the area that needs fixing as when I test our connection and WiFi it's fine.

Wearecustomers here so can't check anything for you. When something like this happens overnight it could be maintenance taking place but if this keeps happening you will need to report this to Sky.
