Internet drops every few minutes or so.

Over the last few working days the internet has dropped off every few minutes. It's been especially bad today.  I ran the check and it gave a windows error message twice because there was no broadband. The broadband came back and the checker told me all was well.

Well it isn't well and very annoying.  They have been working in my area and I don't know if that is causing the outage.

I had problems with phone last 2 weeks and that seems oK, but  broadband is the problem now.

Any ideas how I find out what is causing this?  I got a new hub last week and that seemed to fix the phone problem, but I do think it is the line working that is causing this broadband problem

@Dosha

No, you'll need to follow the guide @cookiemonsteruk posted, right to the end; then you'll see the stats that are needed.

Re: Internet drops every few minutes or so.

Followed the instructions and tried to enter my username and password.  It wouldn't accept either my password or the suggested 'admin' 'sky'.

Gave error message

I've tried several times without success and I am no slouch with IT.

The men have packed up for the day and it all seems stable again, until tomorrow.
