Internet and wifi drops mainly in evenings. Slows down and then cuts out completely. Have run tests on sky app, no issues showing. Interne light appears dark orange and voice light appears hello.
Mainly uses for wifi to supply one phone and tv.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LucyS the leds indicate you are losing the connection to the exchange which means there is a line fault. If your hub has re-connected run the connection test in the My Sky app as that can book an engineer to check your line ssving a call to Sky if it doesnt then call Sky yourself.
