Hi,
For the past few weeks, our sky broadband has kept dropping out and then reconnecting after about a minute.
Separately, the wi-fi signal becomes very slow - about 1mbps even though the upload was still 4mbps.
I've turned the router on and off a couple of times. In all the years before this we haven't had any problems.
Router stats below:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@johnmccon Going by your router stats shows your connection down. Have you tried to run the broadband test to see if it finds a external issue.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
