Internet dropping out in Ashford Surrey

Our Internet keeps dropping out (in Ashford Surrey).  When I check online Sky says everything is OK, but it isn't!

Firstly, see what it shows from the following, even though you say above  you have run some checks.

To check there are no current outages in your area;

Next, if not, would be worth try running a line test;
