Internet has dropped out again for second time 24 hours and last time it was out for 4 hours.
This is very pour service.
The app says all is fine but there is 100% no internet connection.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Phil514750 the app reports the result of the last routine check - the time that was run is shown. Given the time you posted it is quite likely Openreach have taken the service down overnight to complete a repsir of the fault that caused the previous loss. If that is so the line should be back up this morning if it isnt and the service check doesnt tell you thst Sky are aware of a fault affecting your linering them to get it fixed.
