The internet in Sheffield S35 is not working / internet has dropped.
The router has two green lights and two orange lights.
I've been onto my Sky account and it says all connections and internet is ok.
I've also turned off my router and unplugged it alms then run the internet checker on my account and it says the router is connected and working 🤣🤣🤣
Any ideas why I have no internet but Sky says I have ??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rodeorider the result you saw was from a routine test which was run before the loss of service. If you click to run the test again it would tell you if there was a known fault this does confuse many people. Lines can go down for many reasons if there isnt a known fault you should report the lossof service by calling Sky.
