Hi,
My sky broadband is not working this morning. I've tried resetting a couple of times but it still flashes orange on the internet light and won't connect to the internet or WiFi.
the app says no issues and it's working fine which obviously is not the case. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I've done the obvious.

I have the exact same issue. Since yesterday evening around 9pm.

I’ve had the same problem before and it took a phone call to sort it out. The App outright lies. It's so frustrating. I'm wrong this tonight as I have the same problem once again. Less than 1MBPS according to 3 different speed tests yet the Sky app says all fine yet shows last test 6 hours ago.
