Internet down but not my account
Due to a domestic abuse situation and the account being in my ex husbands name and his bail
restrictions meaning no contact I'm atuck
with no internet and nonway of getting any help as the account is not in my name. The contract is with him, we have skyglass tv and broadband. Kids relying on internet for college work and general life stuff for me. What can I do?

Is there a local outage or fault or is it down to his services being restricted because he hasn't paid?
As you're not the account holder there's not much else you can do.
