Internet down and not connecting to phone or tv but sky tests say broadband is up and running ok?

Our internet is not connecting to our phones or tv. However done a test through the sky website and they're saying no issue on line and that our broadband is up and running. But when we try and connect to the WiFi it says 'no internet connection' 

help!

This is happening to us too. 

I called sky and they're sending out a new router but I'm sceptical as to whether that will work. 

the router has three green lights but there is no internet whatsoever.
