Internet cutting out intermittently sinch open reach visited

I'm upgrading my Internet package to superfast. An open reach engineer came round today about 2 hours ago and did something outside my house. Since then, the Internet is cutting out intermittently. Trying to get in touch with Sky but every time I go through the contact us page, it tells me to post here. Just looking to chat to someone at sky? 

 

Not sure whether it's normal for it to cut out for a bit or what I should expect. I work from home so this really isn't ideal and need the Internet to be working again as soon as possible

Are the lights on your hub changing during these drops?

No, they are all still showing lit and when I run a test on the sky website it says its working correctly. However, I can see on my sky box and my phone and that it's losing connection.

Thats odd, if it was anything to do with what the engineer had been doing you would expect it to be a line drop where the hubs lights change.

Which Sky hub do you have?

@jamesn123 I'm not sure, it's a black one says model sr203 on the back. I called sky today and they told me it was because I had my sky q mini boxes off and took me through resetting them. But the issue is still persisting. All lights showing on and when I do the test on sky's website it's saying its working fine. But all of my devices are disconnecting intermittently so I know it's definitely an issue with the Internet.
