When i use my landline my internet cuts out. It never happened until i changed my tarrif but i can't have this. I only use my landline occasionally, but working from home means if a call comes into house from anyone it cuts the internet, which then affects my pc and all things attached to internet, ie my security cameras.

@Elizabeth73 normal cause is a lack of a line filter. You need one if your phone socket doesn't have a socket just for the hub and one on the socket the phone connects to. If you have one switch it for a new one they can be bought pretty essily from hardware stores etc.
