Internet connection keeps dropping out

This started Xmas eve morning and has continued since then. I've tried the switching off and on on the router and sky glass. I've tried the reset button and it will work for a while then plays silly buggers again. 

Used the app to check connection etc. And it says an engineer is going to have to come out.

Not very impressed and am now wondering if I should have kept the dish!

@AMill1975Did you book an engineer to get the fault fixed?

The app says an engineer is coming out but that's probably the end of the week due to the Bank holidays. Just very frustrating

@AMill1975  This is a bad time of year to get a fault. But whenever is a good time to get a fault on your internet connection.
