This started Xmas eve morning and has continued since then. I've tried the switching off and on on the router and sky glass. I've tried the reset button and it will work for a while then plays silly buggers again.
Used the app to check connection etc. And it says an engineer is going to have to come out.
Not very impressed and am now wondering if I should have kept the dish!

The app says an engineer is coming out but that's probably the end of the week due to the Bank holidays. Just very frustrating
