Internet connection has been dropping quite a lot over last few days and has completely dropped now

Intervener has been dropping quite a lot over the last few days and has completely dropped now and won't come back on.

Mine has been dropping in and out since just before 4pm today but when check the connection on my sky it says all ok. Not great when trying to WFH and our IT dept tests are showing it dropping out

My broadband has gone since this morning. Rang sky and they say there's an outage in my area. Waiting for openreach to come and fix but in my app says it can take 3 to 5 working days. Today's Friday 😏

Spoken to sky direct. Turns out mine is a router issue so new router being sent out

We have been having the same issue for the past few days and now the internet has completely dropped. Every call we made to customer service has reach a pointless conclusion and ends with a ridiculous "thanks for calling Sky". We can't even get through to an agent to actually have a conversation.
