As of a couple of weeks ago my Internet is dropping several times a day. Sky broadband has been spot on for me until recently.
The broadband light on the router switches to orange for a couple of minutes, back to green and then I'm back online until it happens again.
I'm not sure whether it is a wider issue in the area even though the Sky status page confirms there are no issues. Running a diagnostic check comes back with no issues.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there anything else I can do before contacting Sky Technical Support? I'll be replacing the broadband filter when I can locate a spare one, incase it's a faulty filter causing this intermittent issue.
