Have tested connections and tested WiFi etc on sky app which says everything's OK but router lights say otherwise and no broadband connection available on pc and TV box

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MickNortonSheff if your connection is still down this morning and the test in MY Sky is still not showing any information when you click to run the test again then give Sky a call when their lines open.
