Internet conection constantly dropping and not in the full house

Dear all,

 

since we moved to sky, the internet connection has deteriorated. Very unstable and not in the full house, even with the second booster you sent. We are considering changing - can you please call me?

As this is where customers help each other if you want to talk to Sky then you will call them yourself.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
