Internet box screwed in to the window architrave

Hi, I need the location of the internet box to be moved, an engineer came and he said he would put it on the wall out of the way.

He actually screwed it in to the wooden architrave. I am extremely unhappy with this as this is a feature of the house and the internet box being screwed into it has caused damage. I would like it to be moved to a more appropriate place.

@Jodie1234  You need to call Sky to move the ONT, the community can't arrange that.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hehe thanks.. I didn't know I was posting in the community. I have spoken to them twice! Both times they have said they'll send an engineer, both times I've had a message saying its been completed!! No one has been to my house. Ridiculous. Calling again today!
