Internet below 2mb for the last 2 days

Internet below 2mb download speed for the last 3 days. Sky broadband test states WiFi is good, which is not the case. Sky state it should be minimum 25mb download speed.

Below 2mbps on an independant test you've run or on the Sky checker?

Hi,

Sky test says its fine, but multiple independent checks say otherwise, as does the fact sky glass keeps buffering and internet/apps on phone are slow or do not load.

What device did you do the test on, is it wired or WiFi?

Thanks. On a phone ap, so wifi.

The Internet speed test on laptop when through ethernet is good. So issue seems to be wifi.
