You mention the dish and box but have posted in the Broadband forum. TV contracts do not finish until you cancel them. You just carry on paying, at full price. It's your discounted offers than finish. Is that what you're referring to?

You would have been told their end date when you first took them out but at present you don’t get reminders prior to them ending. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If the discounts have indeed ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract, but be aware that Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount. If you sort something out to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.
