Is there any outage going on. My Internet is not working from past 13 days. I am not getting any proper answers . Can someone please help

We have an on going issue with our broadband service. our services have been disconnected from Monday from 28th October due to open reach issues that’s what sky have informed us and now till to date nearly 14 days we had no internet connection and we were calling every single day numerous times but not a single person from customer was able to help us out and whomever we spoke to they are very unprofessional and arrogant and useless . we are working from home by using our mobile data it is so stressful horrible and so so inconvenient for us . Being a loyal customer from 9 years with sky this what we are getting and facing no one had a curtesy to give us any proper reason or any update.This is absolutely rubbish and horrible ridiculous customer service never expected this kind of service .. This is unacceptable very disappointing and very rude staff . Never again with sky # failed customer service # Rude staff 😡

If not have Sky told you that they have found a fault outside of your property that Openreach have been tasked to fix ?
