Cannot get access to the internet both internet and voice are amber on the hub

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AK17 your hub has lost its connection to the exchange. You can check iif Sky are aware of a fault in your area by logging into the My Sky app over a mobile connection going to Service Checker and clicking on the Brosdband link. If Sky are not aware give them a call so they can get the line fixed.
