Internet and voice light turning amber

Restart is solve the problem but doing it all the time?is a broadband issue or what?thanks

@Monikas1  Is this happening the same time each day?

 

When this happens again can do the following below to see if it finds any faults.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
