WiFi suddenly stopped working. The voice and internet lights have gone orange. I have restarted the router and checked health online and it says there are no issues

Once you run the service checker and get all green ticks then click on your broadband speed and run the test my broadband/test my connection in the blue box . That should update the previous service checker and hopefully allow you to book an engineer
Otherwise you will need to call sky in the morning
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Same problem here at pretty much the exact same time.
Service check is saying no issues. Unplugging and restarting making no difference!

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
If not then also try the post marked as the answer.
