Internet and phone down for over 13 hours

Sky.com says there's a service/network problem from 4pm yesterday with zero updates to that info and no fix. Is there, or is it just mine? 

 

What a horrendous 'service' this is. Impossible to find outage information. No one to call and conflicting answers from the online checker.

@Jp245  Have you tried running the broadband test to see if it gives you any more information or updates on the outage that you are having with your service?
