Internet and WiFi Problems since upgrading to Fibre

Hi - since upgrading to Fibre our Wifi is running slower than before and dropping out intermittently despite the Sky tester saying everything is running fine.  I also have occasions when I am told that there is no Internet available which is very disruptive as I work from home. Again the sky Broadband tester is telling me evrything is running fine!

Can anyone help please?
